Phoene offers reflective practice sessions for organisations and individuals online and in person. As an HCPC registered Music Therapist she also offers clinical supervision for arts therapists.
Reflective practice is helpful for individuals who work in challenging spaces with complex groups and individuals. It encourages exploration of unresolved challenges with clients and/or colleagues in a safe confidential space. Appreciative enquiry also highlights successes. The reflective space enables proactive conscious workspaces which enables best practice with high quality outcomes
Phoene’s practice is trauma-informed, somatic and creative. Her skills and training include:
- Distinction in Supervision training from the University of West of England
- Specialist in body, breath and voicework as Director of The Musical Breath
- Improvisation, and active listening skills as an Arts Therapist
- Process structure and boundaries as an Action Learning Set facilitator.
